In other news, Thanksgiving break starts now! But not really, lol! I still have to work like almost the whole time on history essays and photography. But, at least I don't have to wake up early or go to classes! ...Right?!

Also! Thinking about taking a language course for real. Unfortunately for some reason taking an elementary language course won't give me any credits? So I might take a spanish one since I've done a fair amount of Spanish already, and it would be cool to refresh myself or something, or read books in spanish. or go to spain (sevilleeee aaaaaaaaaa). or mexico. But I also wanna take a bunch of other ones?! well, whatever, I guess I'll have to talk to the adviser lady or something. boooringggg

My uncle is talking to himself in the other room. He's writing a book, and I think he's just reading what he wrote out loud to himself. It sounds hilarious though. It's hard to make anything out but this mumbling is terrific. My cats are scared of him.

I have done a really small one before and you'd be surprised how much I can essentially talk to myself. And I dunno it's kind of funny because it sounds conceited? But honestly I think I'd maybe be interesting? THIS KIND OF TIES INTO HOW I THINK MY ORIGINAL CHARACTERS ARE INTERESTING. But really I LOVEEEE to hear about people's original characters, and I LOOOOOOOVE to listen to people talk on ustreams. I honestly will watch a ustream where someone is talking over a ustream where someone is playing music.
Seriously, the only time I watched Jeph Jacques's ustream was when he was talking (he usually doesn't). I try to catch Spike (of Templar, AZ)'s ustream as much as I possibly can. She is the most interesting person to listen to, I swear to god.

I have about an hour before I have to leave for my late class. It has been really cold lately, so I've stocked up on wintery icons! They are incredibly pretty things. After I get my huge checklist out of the way, I'm gonna make icons or something! But I might not show them to you because I have not made them in decades, and they weren't that good decades ago, either, so why would they be good now? Mostly I just want icons. oops

i think it is time for a layout change also.

My etching teacher is this hyper German guy with bad teeth and a sci-fi themed ringtone on his phone. When he is bored he whistles, which is all the time, because he is probably secretly a little kid. HE OVERREACTS AT EVERYTHING. When he drops something he shouldn't drop, he says: "AHHHH. AHHHHH OH NO AHHHHH. THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THERE." And his wife plays the theremin. The most German thing about him: he constantly threatens us with decapitation, especially if we are not on time. Which, knowing art students, is: usually.

Yeah. Haven't wanted to draw anything in days. Maybe this weekend will be better? Gonna suck down some glorious caffeine and get to work.

Why is drawing what you have told yourself to draw so difficult? I tell myself to do things on my list to draw, and I end up drawing birds..... Which is good practice for not-people, sure, but it's like. Okay. That doesn't help lessen your future workload at all. GOOD WORK
